In a place like Siargao, where tourism is only starting to pick up and standards are fluctuating, Siargao Bleu Resort is an island of stability. It might not be as luxurious as Isla Cabana, but it comes pretty close, and is widely considered among the best mid-range hotels in Siargao.
There might not be anything too special about Siargao Bleu, but everything is just super solid. Overall, the resort represents the best value for money option on the island by far. Its versatility means it’s perfect for both couples or families, although perhaps a little more suited for the latter.
If you are looking for an overall solid resort for a reasonable budget, in an island where most accommodations are a hit and miss, then Siargao Bleu should be at the top of your list. We have been sending clients there for over 3 years now, and never had anyone disappointed by its overall quality. We are certain you will enjoy it as well!
The service is very good in terms of their willingness to help and provide special attention. However, too many of the staff don't speak English well enough and it can be a bit of a struggle at times.
The resort is very well maintained, clean and modern looking. The only thing keeping us from giving it a higher score is the fact the design is a bit bland. There's just nothing special looking in this place.
The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The amenities here are actually very good - better than many 5 stars resorts we've been to. However, the rooms are not soundproofed well enough.
The pool is very big and the beach area is just perfect. On par with the best hotels in the country.
It's 20 minute walk from the center, so going out for a drink at night isn't the easiest. Still, being right between the center and Cloud Nine beach means it's a pretty good location overall.
While it has it's problems, Siargao Bleu is still amazing for its price. Considering the fact this is in Siargao, where it's very hard to find good resorts in general, means this place is an absolute bargain.
Siargao Bleu offers a fully operational spa as well as a very well-equipped fitness center. Daily activities such as yoga and movie nights are also available. The only downside is there aren’t any child-friendly activities so if you are a family, you’ll need to keep your kid entertained on your own. This shouldn’t be too hard to do though, considering the resort has an excellent pool and one of the best beach areas in Siargao.
Siargao Bleu is one of the longest standing resorts on the island, which is always a very good sign. It also means there are more than 800 guest reviews available online, across multiple booking platforms. We went over most of these and certainly take them into account, but ultimately put more weight into our own personal experiences as well as feedback received directly from our clients who went there. We have been working with this resort for many years now, and send a wide variety of guests there. It doesn't matter whether it's couples, solo travelers or even large groups - the feedback is always very positive. We believe this is a combination of the resort providing excellent value for money, and our transparency which helps adjust people's expectations correctly. Siargao Bleu boasts an average score of 8 out of 10 between the various booking sites. The general consensus is this place is among the very best resorts on the island. The pool area and the beach are praised by almost all the guests. The most common complaint is the Wi-Fi signal, which is a recurring theme across Siargao. This is just the price you pay for going to a more remote island, and there's not much to do about that.

Some things to be aware of before booking:
If you are the type of person who doesn’t mind paying a little bit extra for peace of mind – then this resort is the way to go. It doesn’t even cost all that much more compared to other 3 or 4 stars resort on the island, and return on your money here is much higher. Most importantly, in Siargao Bleu you know exactly what you are going to get, and can expect consistency all the way.
This room is the most basic category and as the name suggests is located in the garden area. Still a very short walk to the pool or the beach. The room is 34 square meters and comes with 1 Queen size bed.
Located on the 2nd floor, each of these rooms have a small balcony. They are 42m in size and come with 2 single beds, which can be replaced by a Queen sized be upon request.
These rooms are called floating because they are right by the pool and have a small veranda floating above it. The villa is 112 square meters with a king sized bed.
