Located right on the beach at Station 2, the Coast resort has the perfect location for those who wish to be right in the center of happenings. It prides itself on excellent standards of service and world-class design and amenities. Here, your every desire will be catered to, as the staff pays attention to even the smallest of details. When you take their very reasonable rates into account, you understand why Coast is one of the most recommended beach resorts in Boracay.
Coast are one of the better hotels at taking special service to the next level. Not only is the staff very attentive and helpful, but they pride theirself in their willingness to accommodate special requests by guests. Will write some of the special services they include below, but trust us, it's a place where you always feel extremely well treated.
The entire resort has an extremely clean and modern look to it, and it's evident a lot of thought has been put into its design. Standards of cleaning are exceptional and the rooms were all brand new and spotless.
The rooms are clean and new, with a nice design that combines modern and local Filipino culture. Even the smallest room is 25m2 which is spacious enough for a couple. All rooms are also well furnished and toiletries and towels are restocked daily, or more often than that if you ask.
There's a large swimming pool going through basically the whole hotel, which means every room is very close to it. The beach is right at your doorstep as well, you literally have to take a few steps and your there. With another small pool and a kiddie pool, there's always plenty of room for all guests to take a dip.
Great location right at the center White Beach in station 2. You'll be close to everything – from D'mall to all the bars and restaurants.
Considering the outstanding service and the overall quality of the hotel, we feel like Coast is really one of the best places to spend your nights at. The rates are very competitive when compared to other Boracay resorts, and here you are 100% you'll get fantastic service every time.
All rooms are new and fully furnished. The bed is large and comfortable, with king sized goose feathered pillows. There’s also a 43 inch SMART LED TV, mini-bar, safety box, free WiFi and of course air conditioning. The separate shower and toilet area is spacious and clean, and comes with a full supply of towels and small toiletries. Coast also provide a turndown service, which means housekeeping will revisit your room in the late afternoon to prepare your bed, replace the towels again and replenish any amenities you’ve used. They also leave a chocolate on the pillow when they are done!
There are a total of 71 rooms at Coast, and an additional 12 at their smaller branch which is called Blue Marina. This boutique garden hotel is located roughly 5 minutes walk from Coast towards away from the beach and towards the main road. The rooms over there are the cheapest, but in return you don’t really get to enjoy the all inclusive service available to guests who stay at the Coast, even though all facilities of the Coast hotel are open to you. Blue Marina is better for those who really value their privacy, especially couples who want a more quiet and romantic environment.
In all our years in the travel business, we never encountered an hotel with such stellar reviews as Coast. It got to a point where we were actually wondering if all these online reviews are fake, or really made by genuine people who stayed there. We started to understand what the fuss is all about when we first got there, but it was only after we sent a few clients there we started to find out better what makes people so excited. Since then, Coast hotel as become one of our immediate recommendations for people who want to stay in Boracay. If nothing else, just the fact they are able to perform so well over such a long time period is impressive. When you are contemplating where to sleep, getting consistent value and level of service is key, and this is what Coast really does best. Coast is the number 1 ranked hotel in Boracay on Tripadvisor, with an average score of 5 out of 5. 89% of guests gave them the highest score, and another 9% gave it a very good rating. People really liked the restaurant, the clean rooms and especially the amazing staff and overall level of service. There are literally 0 bad reviews to be found on that site. We also went over 668 reviews at Booking.com, giving Coast and average score of 9.5 and again making it the top ranked hotel in all of Boracay. Users on this site really loved the staff, the food, the beach and the overall location. Many of them said they will surely come back as soon as they can. Here we did manage some repeating complaints about slow service at the restaurant and long waits during check in/out. On Agoda.com we found an additional 306 reviews with an average score of 9.6, giving the hotel a rating of 'exceptional'. People felt it was great value for money, especially considering the wonderful staff and great location. Some complaints were made about WiFi being a bit slow in the rooms, and housekeeping not cleaning the room well enough.

One of the greatest services offered by the hotel is their free land and boat round trip from Caticlan airport. There’ll be someone waiting for you as soon as you arrive, and they’ll take you all the way to the hotel. Not only does this make the whole process easier, but using their own private boat and vans also reduces travel time considerably.
Coast Boracay is also a very good place for families with small children. Apart from the fantastic pool, there’s also a large and well equipped kid’s playing room. Apart from that, hotel staff occasionally organizes special activities and entertainment for guests. If that isn’t enough, then during the day you’ll notice many butlers walking around the pool area, giving free ice cream and lemonade. From 4pm every day and until it’s time for dinner, there’s also a free popcorn stand right by the pool.
There’s also a very good in-house spa, offering a wide selection of treatments, although it must be said they are all overpriced. We didn’t get a chance to try it ourselves, but reviews rate it as very good. The in-house gym on the other hand, is the only sub-par facility at the hotel. This can’t really be called a gym at all, as it is too small and hardly has equipment in it. When we asked them about it, they said they are aware and planning to open a new, larger gym but it will only be about a year from now.
Lastly, there’s the hotel’s restaurant – another one of its strong points. It is named Cha-Cha, and serves a wide mix of dishes, with a focus on tropical and refreshing island-style cuisine. Since it’s located right on the beach, there’s always a great view when you sit there. The bar is open until late at night, with happy hour from 3pm to 8pm every day. There’s also a poolside bar inside, but this one closes down relatively early, between 9 and 10pm.
Overall, the Coast Boracay offers the best possible experience you can hope for. While it’s true it’s not as lavish as some of the luxury 5 star hotels, it still maintains to keep a very high standard over a considerable amount of time. We recommend this hotel to anybody who want to stay directly on White Beach, enjoy the best conditions and service, and still pay relatively affordable rates. It’s especially a good choice for couples and small families, but honestly we are sure nobody will be disappointed if they choose to stay there.
Blue Marina rooms are cheaper and provide a more private stay at a bungalow setting. Rooms are 24m2 in size and come with either a king size bed or 2 single beds. Guests can enjoy all services offered by Coast, but it’s a 3-4 minutes walk to get there.
This 25m2 room comes with a king size bed, which can also be replaced into 2 single beds instead. Guests in this room enjoy all the amenities and services provided by Coast.
Similar to the Deluxe room, only with a better location. This room is also 25m2 and includes all amenities. King size bed is the standard, but guests can also ask for 2 single beds instead.
This 35m2 2 stories room can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. It has 2 separate shower and toilets, as well as a dining area. Rooms comes with 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed.
This is the largest room available, and with 50m2 it can comfortably fit 2 adults and 2 kids. It comes with 1 king size bed, and an extra rollaway bed can be added upon request.
